HOW TO USE

Lay out a few paintings at a time and discuss blossoms, weather, light, colour and outdoor scenes. Ask children to identify which full work contains a magnified detail. Print a second copy of the art cards for identical-picture pairing. Use the larger images as three-piece puzzles, asking children to check against the complete art reproductions. Compare this collection with Set 1 to explore how differently artists may interpret spring.

PRINTING & PREPARATION

Print on bright white cardstock (65 lb or heavier) and cut the art and detail cards on their marked lines. Print the larger puzzle pages separately and cut each image along its dotted dividing lines; optional colour tiles for matching are a separate material.
