This card set features images of 30 unique works of art with the theme of winter outdoor fun. Included with this set are instructions for preparation and presentation of 5 activities:

1. Card matching
2. "I Spy" matching of magnified sections of image to full image
3. Activity sorting - sort cards into one of 5 winter activities: skiing, ice skating, tobogganing, sleigh rides and playing with snow
4. Simple puzzles - cut cards into halves, thirds, or random shapes, to create puzzles.
5. Colour matching - when paired with colour tiles, the child can identify which colours appear in each image.

Also included is a set of questions which can be used to prompt discussion about the art included in this set.
